We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Greenhouse Manager to oversee daily greenhouse operations, including plant production and retail sales. This is a physically active role that involves working directly with plants, customers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant care from propagation through retail readiness
- Support crop planning and planting schedules
- Manage watering, fertilizing, pruning, spacing, and plant health
- Assist with pricing and manage product flow to sales areas
- Design and maintain retail displays
- Help customers with plant selection, garden planning, and care recommendations
- Supervise greenhouse staff and seasonal employees
- Maintain a clean, organized greenhouse environment
- Communicate and work as part of the overall team
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of horticulture required
- Previous greenhouse or growing experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of planting schedules and growth cycles
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, seasonal environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
- Ability to lead by example and manage multiple priorities

We have immediate openings for a Farm Equipment Operator. Responsibilities include operating farm equipment, performing routine repair and maintenance, and produce delivery. Applicants should have prior experience operating farm equipment as well as basic mechanical skills. Competitive wages offered.
